We'll ask your past customers for Google reviews. Free.

You have done hundreds of jobs. Most of those customers were happy, and almost none of them left a review, because nobody asked. We ask. We contact your past customers on your behalf, by text and email, and we keep asking until you have 25 new Google reviews or we have reached everyone on your list. No cost, no contract, no catch.

What you get

  • Your review link, set up and tested. The exact link Google gives your business, shortened so it fits in a text.
  • Your customer list loaded and cleaned. Duplicates removed, anyone who has ever opted out removed, and the freshest customers asked first.
  • Up to three polite asks per customer over ten days, by text and email, under your business name and written the way you would say it.
  • Every reply watched. Everyone gets the same ask and the same link. If someone replies with a problem instead of a review, we forward it to you the same day so you can fix it.
  • A before-and-after report. Review count, rating, what moved, and what your Google Business Profile is still missing.
  • The target is 25 new reviews. We keep going until you hit it or we have asked everyone on your list.

How it works

  1. 1
    Sign up

    The form below. Two minutes.

  2. 2
    We call you

Within one business day. You export your customer list from your invoicing app, or send us a spreadsheet: name, phone or email, and roughly when you did the work.

  3. 3
    The campaign runs

About fourteen days. You will see the reviews arrive on your profile as they come in.

  4. 4
    Results call

We walk you through the numbers and what we found on your profile. Then you decide whether you want it to keep running.

Why free?

Because reviews are the fastest visible result in local search, and once you have watched them arrive you will understand what we do better than any pitch could. Some businesses will want us to keep it going every month. Some will not. Either way, the reviews are yours and they stay.

Saxon and Hailey run Rank and Found from Winnipeg, and we are building our local case studies. If we earn it, we will ask you for a review too.

The rules we follow, so your profile stays safe

Asking customers for reviews is allowed and encouraged by Google. What gets businesses penalised is the other stuff, and we do none of it.

  • We ask every customer on your list, not just the ones you think were happy. Google calls asking selectively "review gating" and can remove reviews for it.
  • We never write reviews, buy reviews, offer anything in exchange for a review, or ask for a particular star rating. Every review is the customer's own words.
  • Every message names your business and includes a way to opt out. We stop the moment someone asks us to.
  • We follow Google's review policies, Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), and the US rules for texting and email. Your customers already have a relationship with you, which is what makes asking them appropriate.
  • Your customer data is used for this campaign only, and deleted afterwards unless you continue with us.

What happens after the 25

Reviews stop the day the asking stops. Google favours recent reviews, and customers read the dates. So the campaign works on your backlog, and the ongoing plan keeps it flowing for every new customer.

  • Every new customer asked automatically after the job, plus NFC review cards for your staff so a customer can leave a review in one tap.
  • Every review answered within a day, in your voice, including the difficult ones.
  • Your Google Business Profile kept current: categories, services, hours, photos, posts, and Q&A, with monitoring for edits and suspensions.
  • A monthly report on calls, direction requests, review velocity, and rating.

It is a flat monthly rate with no contract, and you can cancel any time. We quote it on the results call, and there is no obligation to take it.

Who this is for

Trades and clinics: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, dental, auto repair, and businesses like them, with at least fifty past customers who left a phone number or email. If you have fewer than that, sign up anyway. We will set the system up so every customer from here on gets asked.

FAQ

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google's own guidance encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. What is not allowed is paying for reviews, writing them yourself, offering incentives, or only asking customers you expect to be positive. We do none of that, and we ask every customer on your list the same way.

Will you contact my customers from your number?

Messages go out under your business name, so your customers see a name they recognise, and any replies come to you. We handle the sending, the timing, and the follow-ups.

What if I don't have a customer list?

Most invoicing and booking tools export one in a couple of clicks, including Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and dental practice software. If your customers live in a paper book or a phone, we will work with what you have and walk you through it on the call.

How many reviews will I actually get?

It depends on how big and how recent your list is. Typical response to a text-and-email review request is somewhere between one in ten and one in four customers, so a list of two hundred usually clears 25 comfortably. That is why we keep going until you hit 25 or we have asked everyone, rather than promising a number we do not control.

What do you get out of it?

A business owner who has watched us work. On the results call we will show you what we found on your profile and quote the ongoing plan. If we have earned it, we will also ask you for a review. There is no obligation either way, and the reviews are yours to keep.

Do I have to sign anything?

One page. It covers how we handle your customer data, that we use it only for this campaign, and that we delete it afterwards unless you decide to continue with us.

Will my customers find this annoying?

At most three short asks over ten days, spaced out, with an opt-out on every message. We stop the moment someone opts out. In practice most customers are glad to be asked, because they meant to leave a review and forgot.
